As we arrive at Colombo International Airport, our local representative will meet us and assist with our onward journey.
From here, we begin our scenic drive to Yala National Park, covering around 300 kilometres in approximately 5 to 6 hours. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your first glimpses of Sri Lankan countryside.
By afternoon, we head straight for an exciting jeep safari in Yala National Park – Block 1. Yala is Sri Lanka’s most famous wildlife reserve and is especially known for its leopards. Keep your eyes open for elephants, sloth bears, crocodiles, and a variety of colourful birds.
After this thrilling introduction to Sri Lankan wildlife, we check in near Yala and enjoy a restful night.”

Yala Wildlife Safari
Good morning everyone! Today we start early for a special experience — a sunrise jeep safari in Yala National Park.
Early morning is the best time for wildlife sightings. With a little luck, we may spot leopards, elephants, deer, peacocks, and many other animals as the park slowly wakes up.
After the safari, the rest of the day is kept relaxed. You can rest, freshen up, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings near the national park.

Yala → Galle
After breakfast, we leave the wilderness behind and drive towards the coast. Our destination today is Galle, a historic seaside town.
The journey covers about 170 kilometres and takes approximately 3 to 3.5 hours.
On arrival, we explore the famous Galle Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Walk through colonial streets, see the iconic Lighthouse, the Dutch Hospital, and stroll along the old ramparts overlooking the sea. This place beautifully reflects Sri Lanka’s colonial past.

Galle Sightseeing & Beach Time
Today morning, we continue discovering the charm of Galle Fort. You’ll have time to explore its small boutiques, cosy cafés, and heritage lanes, and enjoy a relaxed walk along the ramparts with ocean views.
Later, we head to Unawatuna Beach, one of Sri Lanka’s most popular beaches — perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sea breeze, or simply unwinding by the shore.
For those interested, there are optional seasonal visits such as the Turtle Hatchery or seeing the traditional Stilt Fishermen (optional and at additional cost).
We return to Galle for a comfortable night.

Galle → Bentota
After breakfast, we proceed towards Bentota, a beautiful beach destination.
The drive is short and pleasant — about 75 kilometres, taking around 1.5 to 2 hours.
On arrival, you can relax on Bentota Beach, known for its golden sands and calm atmosphere. Adventure lovers may choose to enjoy optional water sports like jet skiing, banana boat rides, or windsurfing, all at personal expense.
We also visit places such as the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery and important temples like Kande Vihare or Galapata Vihara, offering a glimpse into local culture and spirituality.
Evening is at leisure.

Bentota Leisure & Madu River Safari
Today is a relaxed and easy-going day. Enjoy a slow morning and the peaceful beach surroundings.
Later, we experience the Madu River Boat Safari — a calm and scenic mangrove cruise. During the ride, you may spot crocodiles, monkeys, and a variety of tropical birds, making it a wonderful nature experience.
The rest of the day is free for relaxation.

Bentota → Colombo Airport | Departure
Friends, today we come to the end of our wonderful Sri Lankan journey.
After breakfast, we check out and drive to Colombo International Airport, covering about 110 kilometres in approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.

Cancellation of a tour, irrespective of the reason, involves certain non-recoverable costs. To compensate for these expenses, the following cancellation charges will apply.
