3. Hotel & Accommodation
Hotels are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
In case of non-availability, accommodation will be arranged in a similar category property.
Any damage or breakage caused to hotel/resort property will be charged at actual cost.
4. Travel Insurance
Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance at their own expense for a safe and secure journey.
5. Itinerary & Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change depending on hotel availability, peak seasons, and blackout dates.

Cancellation of a tour, irrespective of the reason, involves certain non-recoverable costs. To compensate for these expenses, the following cancellation charges will apply.

- Any additional service charges, bank charges, or payment gateway fees, if applicable, will also be deducted.
